The Chronicles Twice Lost 2014 Pinot Grigio

The Chronicles Twice Lost Pinot GrigioEver since first trying the Baily & Baily – Monkeys Cousin Pinot Grigio, I have really taken to the Pinot Grigio taste, and this Twice Lost 2014 Pinot Grigio is certainly no different.  I first had this on a rip to Byron Bay (NSW) with a lovely lady and some fresh fish and chips.

I’m not sure if I am doing this on purpose, but I seem to remember the wines I like by the relationships that don’t work out, curious I know.  This is a very medium flavoured drop, I could just sense the apple and pear aromas, whic was lovely, it seemed to work with the fish and chips as well.  The Hardy’s winery name also reminds me of the Hardy’s detective books I read as Kid.

From The Bottle

Twice Lost Pinot Grigio has all the hall marks of this exciting new varietal.  Classic red apple and pear aromas combine with a delightful medium body and textured mouth feel that is and ideal accompaniment to food.
