Evans & tate Cloud Dancer sauvignon BlancA long time a go, when I only thought there were three wineries in the world, I thought Evans & Tate was the best thing out there.  I actually made a bet that a mate would give up smoking and I would give him a dozen Evans & Tate wines, he both one and lost that bet.

I’ve said it many times that Australia win’s at Red wine, but struggles behind New Zealand white wine, this bottle of 2015 Evans & Tate Cloud Dancer Sauvignon Blanc, is no different, it was ok, I think it was a Saturday afternoon wine, nothing to special nothing to bad, maybe its the weight chick wearing a skirt on the label.  Who know’s ?

From The Bottle

This sauvignon blanc displays lifted aromas of citrus fruits, guava and freshly cut grass.  A delicate nose the flows delightfully to the palate offering a fresh and vibrant wine that finished with soft but lingering fresh fruit flavours.  This wine has a moderate alcohol of only 9.5% and is perfect for any occasion.
