Chapel Hill 2014 Shiraz – The Parson

Chapel Hill The ParsonWhen it comes to red wine, Australia pretty much owns the market, in another words Australian Red Wine rocks.  At some stage I must of signed up for a wine club with Chapel Hill winery.  Every six months or so they called, usually I just fobbed them of.  This time I took the chance and agreed to a dozen, my father’s 80th was right around the corner so I thought it was a nice gift.

Well in giving a gift of wine, I thought I should at least taste one. So I ended up buying a book for a gift instead and kept the rest for me.  What a nice drop it was. a little young maybe another 12 months would do it justice but it certainly worked for me.
