By on January 15, 2017 in Pinot Grigio with 0 Comments

Borgo Sanleo Pinot grigioAfter my love affair with the 2015 Bailey & Bailey – Money’s Cousin Pinot Grigio, I now try a Pinot Grigio any old time I can.  Well last Wednesday night was just the right time.  Down to the local Dan Murphy’s I went and bought this little gem from Italy.

The 2015 Borgo Sanleo Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie was the choice for the night, it was nothing more the a pass the time try a wine feeling, but this was a great bottle, Light, elegant and a little dry all the right things you want in a Pinot Grigio. I would absolutely have this again.

From The Bottle

Selected Pinot Grigio grapes yield this elegant and fine white wine.  Dry and satisfying on the palate with rich, fruit flavours and a crisp finish.  Excellent as an aperitif, superb with white meats and seafood.
