baily baily legs elevenAfter having the Baily & Baily Monkeys Cousin Pinot Grigio so many times I lost count, I thought I would try the Sauvignon Blanc instead. I mean I love the Pinot Grigio, so surely I would love the Sauvignon Blanc, as much.  Well not so much, as I discovered the Baily & Baily brand offers a range of wines to the wholesale market, hich I don’t think is wrong and shouldn’t matter.  But I guess not all wines are going to be gems.

As I stated so many times. its hard to beat a Kiwi white wine, this wine is no different.  As an Australian Sauvignon Blanc, it was OK, not fantastic but OK.  I wouldn’t rush out again to buy it, and I would smile and not politely if a friend bought it over for a Sunday BBQ Lunch.

From The Bottle

The Silhouette range of wines produced by Baily & Baily reflect a fun and no-nonsense approach to wine.  Step out in style with this Sauvignon Blanc which shows intense flavours of passionfruit, carefully, balanced with lemon fruits to provide a long and delicate wine easily enjoyed with salads, fruit or simply on its own.
